We need YOUR help to make the event run smoothly. Can you spare a few hours to help? The sort of jobs we will need help with are:
- Organising kids/family games – egg & spoon race, sack race, egg toss etc
- General errands – collecting/delivering supplies
- Setting up arena and marquee – putting tables/straw bales out
- Bar help – setting up, serving, clearing up
- Clear up – put away electrics, locking up, tidying rubbish
Jobs will need to be done across 3 days in July and ANY help you are able to give would be greatly appreciated.
